How to sharpen punches (Makers). After plenty of use, and depending on how you maintain punches, punches will get dull. Punches will start to leave jagged edges and make unclean cuts. In this video, I use 4-6 layers of Aluminum foil pressed tightly together and punch it to make my punch sharp again. Also used 4-6 layers (here I use 8!) to add some wax to help the punch metal “glide”.
