Elizabeth Kartchner’s latest signature collection for American Crafts, Dear Lizzy Neapolitan, is soft and feminine, featuring candy-shop colors and a diffused watercolor effect that takes you into a daydream of hand-drawn Mason jars, ice cream cones and balloons. Dear Lizzy Neapolitan features patterned paper, ruffled paper and three patterned vellum sheets that add unique texture and dimension to this sweet collection.
