Beatte, you have out-done yourself! Very beautiful card. Thanks for sharing
I am using a Clover Craft Iron. They don’t manufacture it anymore but if you are lucky, you can still find it in online stores or at a Michaels clearance section. I
Very pretty!!
Very nice tutorial !!! Beautiful result. Thanks
This is a great technique…thanks for posting this video and showing us how to do this!! My only challenge is finding a decent crafting iron without holes. I have only been able to find a mini iron made by Darice and it’s way too dinky. Does anyone know where a get a decent crafting iron—or maybe a some kind of plate that can snap onto an iron to hide the holes?
Love this one, Beate….thanks again!!
@rockriver9 encausticart is the same type of art, they just use an art wax instead of crayons.. Their iron doesn’t have holes.. You might be able to find the iron at a high end art store near you or order one online.. I would even check out ebay. Good luck and have fun.
So glad you showed how to do this with crayons. So much cheaper than using the encausticart supplies… Great demo.. Look forward to the next.
Very very cool idea.
can i use ordinary iron?
Do you have one without steam holes? Try a travel iron…
Hugs and smiles
Beate
@Splitcoaststampers yes without steam holes

@AF0093 Crayons have stearic acid, so you may want to use archival mist after applying.
