Tack it over and over does not give you a permenant bond though… it stays a repositionable or temporary bond… right.

It is pretty permanent on paper. I have tried to move things and the top layer of the paper usually comes off with the dot. I can reposition ribbon stuck on itself without too much trouble. It really depends on how well it is stuck down to begin with.
